OpenLexicon provided to the RITPO (TRICARE) a Business Rules based
system for collecting personnel and labor data, staging and transforming of these data, and loading to the correct DMHRSi API Tables.
OpenLexicon’s responsibilities included maintaining business rules and
generating interfaces programs that load data into the DMHRSi Application.
It supplied interfaces from the following Personnel Source Systems:
Navy OPINS
Navy NES
Navy AMMPS
Navy, Army & Air Force DCPDSs
Army TAPDB
Air Force MILPDS
Army TAADS
Air Force MDS
Army PROFIS
Navy & Air Force DMDC
Army MODS
OpenLexicon supported a system with over 1,700
validation rules and 937 transformation rules. Also, the OpenLexicon system produced
267 data tables for the storage and transformation of data.
